Salt Spring National Art Prize

I was one of 49 finalists chosen from across Canada for the 2017 Salt Spring National Art Prize. To recognize, showcase and publicize the accomplishments of Canadian talent in the realms of two-dimensional and three-dimensional art, Salt Spring Island Arts Council established one of the very few national, juried competitions open to Canadian and permanent resident artists. An exhibition of all the finalists’ work ran during September and October of 2017, at historic Mahon Hall. 

Editions 1/10 and 2/10 of my work “Lifesavers” sold during the exhibition.
